I moved here from Germany about six months ago. Metal is still very popular over there but no comparison to Finland - the home of Metal music. I love Finnish Metal Bands - I love Melodic and Gothic Metal but I also like to bang and mosh to some hard stuff (my hair is as long to do that:-)
Anyways - I was happy to discover that a Metal scene does exist here in ATL with some really cool bands like Stand Alone (You are fuckin' great guys!)
What else: uh ja, some personal stuff: I am 21 (22 almost) and i live in Buckhead, Atlanta. Not a very cool place to live for "people of my kind" as some people use to call me, but anyways. I work in interior construction as a technician and yeah - shame on me - I have no boyfriend.
For people who like Melodic / Gothic Metal: There is a cool band called Poisonblack from Finland with former "Sentenced" frontman Ville Laihiala. Check them out on www.poisonblack.com
