Advertising

"Fixion Media" is an authorized ad representative for ATLmetal.com. (i)"Fixion Media" works with a third party (i.e. ADTECH, "Fixion Media" and its agents) for ad delivery, (ii) the non-personally-identifiable information collected about a Consumer's visits to this and other web sites may be used in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to the Consumer, and (iii) Consumer has the option not to participate in said sharing of information by including a link to "Cookie Opt-Out page" which is located at: http://www.adtechus.com/privacy/.

Reservation of Rights

ATLmetal.com reserves the right to disclose personal information in its possession where it is required to do so by law or to exercise its legal rights or to defend itself against legal claims.

ATLmetal.com reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy. Where a major change is made, contacts will be informed by e-mail notification or through a notice on our website. Contacts bear the responsibility to read the changes.
